Do I Need to Register to Ask a Question? View

No. Anyone can ask a question at any time. No need to register. Instead, we just
ask you for your email every time you ask a new question – so that we can send you
the answer!

How Do I Ask a Question? View
|
There are 2 ways to ask a question:
- Use the "Ask a Question" field on the homepage, or anywhere else
it appears throughout the site. The next screen will ask you to select the category
that best describes your question. Finally, you will be given a selection of experts
in that category – just choose the expert you wish to send your question to.
- From the homepage, select the main category that best describes your question. Then
drill down to the specific sub-category. You will see a list of qualified expert
profiles. Choose which expert you wish to ask a question to, and click on the "Ask
Me a Question" link next to that expert. Finally, submit your question.

What if I Can’t Find the Right Category for My Question? View

What If I’m Not Happy With an Answer? View
|

After you receive every answer, it is crucial that you rate the answer so that we’re
made aware of potential problems with our experts. Most experts are timely, qualified,
and polite… however, as with all things, there are always a few exceptions. When
we are made aware of an issue with a particular expert, we take action to prevent
it from happening again.
